| All of our items are custom, handmade products available for a limited time. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase please send an email to jenene@red-garnet.com within 5 days of receipt of purchase and include your name, contact information, date of purchase and reason for return. All returns must be shipped in original packaging within 10 days of receipt of purchase to 22002 64th Avenue West, Suite A Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. No COD’s will be accepted. Refunds are for the purchase price minus a transaction fee (2.9% of purchase price + .30) will be credited back to the account used for purchased. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. |
Most of our items are small enough to ship priority mail at a flat rate of $4.05 + $2.00 handling fee + insurance (insurance is required). For large items or quantity orders we will ship priority mail at a flat rat e of $8.10 + $2.00 handling fee + insurance.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days in the US only.
